FAQ

How do I find other people who might be interested in assembling a panel or roundtable on my topic?

We have heard from a number of you it’s hard to know who else is working on your area of interest from an LPE perspective. To help facilitate the process of assembling panels, we have created a form where you can indicate your interests and contact information. The information you enter will be available on this spreadsheet (along with information of everyone else who fills it out, so keep periodically checking back to see if others in your area of interest have entered their information).

Can students submit proposals?

Current JD students may only submit paper proposals in the emerging scholars’ portion of the program, which is intended for people who will go on the market in the next 1-3 years. Please check this box in the submission form if it applies to you. The rest of the conference program is reserved for faculty, lecturers, fellows, post-docs and current doctoral students, who may participate as presenters or moderators in the conference.  We are working on a possible category for student membership in the association, as well, so stay tuned for more details on that!

What if I’d like to submit a proposal but don’t have a Google account?

While the submission form linked in the CFP requires a Google account for access, if you do not have a google account, email us at lpeassociation01@gmail.com, and we’ll send you alternative submission instructions.
